Who is behind it
Manuela and Rainer Lutz
Xuloo is run by Manuela and Rainer Lutz. We live and work in the Dominican Republic and know many of the practical needs small businesses in the area face.
At the same time, we develop and manage projects aimed at an international audience. This combination of local proximity and digital work across borders continues to shape the way Xuloo works.
